Appointments

Request an appointment online or call (919) 387-3373 to set one up.

Please provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice for any appointment changes, so that we can better accommodate other patients.

Prescription Refills

Prescription refills are handled during office hours when we have full access to your medical records. Refills are not routinely filled on holidays, weekends, or if you have not been seen for more than six months.

Fees, Payment and Insurance

We participate in most insurance plans. Please be prepared to provide current insurance card and identification at each visit, along with any applicable insurance co-pay.

For our patients who do not carry medical insurance, we do ask for full payment via check or credit card at the time services are rendered.
